**Summary** The Buzz Inn is a cute and cozy 1 bedroom/1 bathroom recently renovated duplex that we think you'll love. Latitude 35 Grill and Pub, LeClair's General Store and the Cape Fear Regional Theater are all within walking distance and Downtown and Segra Stadium are only a 5 min Lyft Ride away!
Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We've partnered with Know Your Guest to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit. We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking..
**The Space** This 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom duplex includes a queen size bed in the master bedroom with a Smart TV. Enjoy full sized kitchen and laundry appliances and all the dishes and cookware you could need for your stay. The home is cooled by window AC units. Don’t be deterred by that, is there is a window unit in both the living room and bedroom your total control of setting to your liking! The living room offers a Smart TV and plenty of seating to relax in. Both SMART TVS are equipped with Roku where you can stream your favorite streaming service with the security of Roku guest mode. We think you will love The Buzz Inn and will want to stay!
*Other Things to Note*
NO EVENTS, NO PARTIES, NO UNAPPROVED GUESTS!! We have a zero tolerance policy for on-site celebrations/events. If your intent is not what you expressed to the host in your official booking, you will be evicted immediately with police presence WITHOUT refund.
For your convenience, we provide a starter set of household essentials (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, paper products, etc.) Should you run out, there are plenty of places nearby for you to pick up extra supplies.
Please remember you're staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask you treat our property with respect(think about staying with your in-laws for a week) to ensure that future guests can enjoy the house as well.
Enjoy parking for two vehicles in the driveway and find comfortable free spots for additional vehicles on the street.
Check out requirements--The below tasks significantly help our staff offer the earliest possible Check-Ins and latest possible Check Outs and we appreciate your cooperation.
1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket.
2. Please place all used towels in the black laundry bag or on the bathroom floor.
3. Load and start the dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies.

Our Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home with exception of one locked hall closet inside. Free wifi reaches the entire home. We do not offer cable. All televisions are for streaming so don't forget to bring logins for your streaming subscriptions. "The fenced yard is spacious! Please supervise pets and children when outside.
**Getting Around** There are shops, pubs and diners within walking distance of the home. Downtown and Segra Stadium are about a 5 minute drive away. If you are heading to a baseball game, save yourself the parking trouble and catch a Lyft or Uber. The airport is about 11 minutes away and you can reach Fort Bragg in about 13 minutes.
