Bragg's Riley Road Gate, 20 mins from Downtown Fayetteville, and Fayetteville Airport, and within 5 minutes of shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment on Skibo Rd. The McFayden Guest House provides you all the amenities and luxuries you experience in your own home. We want you to feel at home and focus on your reason for staying in Fayetteville. This pet-friendly home sleeps up to 10 people comfortably in 5 beds. A large fenced-in yard and a 2 car garage are accessible to all guests. High-Speed internet reaches the entire home and each of our Smart TVs are already connected for your convenience. The fully stocked kitchen provided full-sized appliances and all the utensils you need to prepare meals at home during your extended stay.
Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We've partnered with Know Your Guest to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit. *The Space*
The fully furnished McFadyen Guest House features three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The largest bedroom features a King-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. A spacious hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo serves the other two bedrooms, each featuring a Queen sized bed. The living room features two futons, that fold completely flat. Additional fresh linens are made available to dress these additional sleeping surfaces. The kitchen features everything you need to prepare meals at home including but not limited to pots and pans, utensils, and dishes. Private full-sized laundry equipment is located between the kitchen and garage and a small amount of detergent and fabric softener is made available for your use. An office includes a ready-made workspace with a lamp and a foosball table for recreation.
*Other Things to Note*
This house is very near the entrance of the neighborhood, look for it on the right as soon as you turn in.
NO EVENTS, NO PARTIES, NO UNAPPROVED GUESTS!! We have a zero tolerance policy for on-site celebrations/events. If your intent is not what you expressed to the host in your official booking, you will be evicted immediately with police presence WITHOUT refund.
For your convenience, we provide a starter set of household essentials (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, paper products, etc.) Should you run out, there are plenty of places nearby for you to pick up extra supplies.
Please remember you're staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask you treat our property with respect(think about staying with your in-laws for a week) to ensure that future guests can enjoy the house as well.
Check out requirements--The below tasks significantly help our staff offer the earliest possible Check-Ins and latest possible Check Outs and we appreciate your cooperation.
1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket.
2. Please place all used towels in the black laundry bag or on the bathroom floor.

Only minutes from all the shopping and dining on Skibo Road, this home is centrally located to any destination. Our neighbors enjoy their quiet street, and excessive noise is not permitted between 9 PM and 6 AM.
