Welcome to The Bradley Inn I! The Bradley Inn is a cozy 3 bedroom/2 bathroom unit with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The Bradley Inn is located in the A unit of a duplex that is located in Harker Heights and only minutes from Fort Hood and main highways. The house is only a few minutes from several shops and restaurants located in Harker Heights. This fully furnished unit includes three queen-sized beds, two sleeper sofas in the living room, a flat-screen Smart TV in every room, full-sized appliances including in-unit laundry, basic cookware and utensils, and dishware for 6. High-Speed Internet is included.
*The Space*
This cozy, one-story unit features an open concept living room dining room, a fully stocked kitchen, and laundry room off the garage. The kitchen includes full-sized appliances. You will find three bedrooms all with queen-sized beds. The bathrooms include a tub/shower combo and include body wash, shampoo and conditioner, makeup remover wipes, and fresh linens.
*Guest Access*
Guests have complete and exclusive access to unit A with the exception of one locked closet. Access to the unit will be gained by using a Yale smart lock that is located on the front door. There you will enter your access code to enter the property. This property is also Pet Friendly but the yard is not fenced in. Unit A's driveway offers enough room for two vehicles, with room for one vehicle in the garage. There is room for additional parking on the street to the side of the house but it is limited to availability.
*Getting Around*
A personal vehicle is preferred though the availability of Lyft and Uber is always increasing. This home is located in the perfect place making it easy to travel around Harker Heights, Killeen, and Fort Hood.
*The Neighborhood*
The Bradley Inn is located on a quiet street of other duplexes within an established single family neighborhood. There is a shopping center and many restaurants located close by. This neighborhood is a family friendly area with many people with young children so we do not allow any parties and ask that the noise level is kept to a minimum after 9:00 pm.
*Other Things to Note*
In order to continue to offer the earliest possible Check-Ins and latest possible Check Outs, we ask all guests to give our cleaners a head start by completing the following tasks upon departure:
1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket.
2. Place all used towels in the washing machine and start the load
3. Load and start dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies.
These simple tasks significantly help our staff and we appreciate your cooperation.

This home is managed by Military First BnB Solutions. In the spirit of social distancing, Check-In is self-guided and you will let yourself in with a unique door code.
